Elizabeth Hayllar has enjoyed an international career working and touring with the world’s greatest orchestras and artists, collaborating with renowned opera houses and festivals. Drawing on her vast experience she crafts expertly planned tours which provide guests with unique and unforgettable experiences of classical music as well as rich encounters with history, art, architecture and culture.
During her time as a core member of the Touring Department at London-based international classical music agency Intermusica Artists’ Management, Elizabeth managed high-profile orchestral and choral tours around the world. This work relied upon close collaborative working relationships with the world’s most respected and renowned orchestras, choirs, festivals and classical music venues including, in the UK - the London Symphony Orchestra, Philharmonia Orchestra, Choir of King’s College Cambridge, Edinburgh International Festival, London’s Barbican and Southbank Centre; in Asia - Hong Kong Arts Festival, Beijing Music Festival, National Centre for the Performing Arts Beijing, Shanghai Grand Theatre and Singapore Esplanade; and in continental Europe – the Budapest Festival Orchestra, Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin, Berlin Festival, Gergiev Rotterdam Festival, Amsterdam Concertgebouw, Théatre des Champs-Élysées, Budapest Palace of Arts and the Vienna Konzerthaus.
Elizabeth has also maintained a long relationship with Musica Viva Australia, the world’s largest chamber music promoter, serving for many years as Operations Manager. Liaising with major concert halls throughout Australia, managing all arrangements and logistics of touring international and local artists, she ensured every aspect of each tour ran perfectly.

Vennisa Santoro is your first port of call for all enquiries at Hayllar School Tours. She will be happy to answer any questions you may have about our tours, and she can also help you book your place, and offer advice and assistance with all other travel plans such as flight bookings, additional nights at hotels, excursions and insurance.
Before joining Hayllar School Tours, Vennisa was selected for the 2015 Arts Administration (since renamed Orchestra Management) program with the Australian Youth Orchestra and was awarded the Musica Viva Regina Ridge Fellowship. Soon after her fellowship, Vennisa joined Musica Viva Australia full-time and has gained valuable experience within the Education, Operations and Development departments.
Vennisa holds a degree in Music from the University of New South Wales and is currently studying a Graduate Diploma of Arts and Cultural Management at Deakin University where she is currently receiving the Sue Nattrass/Myer Foundation Scholarship.
In her spare time, Vennisa enjoys exploring new cities & cultures and immersing herself in nature through hikes & scuba diving.
Mary Gabrielle McNamara assists Elizabeth Hayllar with researching and compiling the many wonderful music tours on offer. She has a love of opera, music, historic places of interest and art, and as such these all feature heavily on our tours. Mary Gabrielle is also responsible for writing the written content for Hayllar School Tours, so the wonderful descriptions of our tours and the experiences to be had on them are all thanks to her.
Steve Polydorou looks after the marketing at Hayllar School Tours, which extends to brochure and promotional content design for your group to help promote your performances and to ensure that you are reaching the audiences you deserve to when performing in venues around the world. He also has a background in classical music, having studied the piano, violin and composition at university so he knows the tours and featured orchestras and artists well. He occasionally tour manages for some tours so you may well encounter him on your next trip.
